we do.
Every price is per pair or per piece. We look at it with you first and quote before anything starts.
Shoes
Shine
Regular, Smiths, mirror and military shine. Clean, condition and a hand polish.
Repair
Heels, soles, tips, stitching and glue. Protect and extend the life of your shoes.
Suede
Premium suede wash, nubuck and delicate materials.
Sneaker
Canvas, leather and knit uppers, plus unyellowing for soles.
Mould
Refresh mouldy leather and treat it so it does not come back.
Tabi rubber
Split-toe half rubber soles, cut and finished for Tabi.
Bags at Margo & Smith, next door
Bag rejuvenation
Deep clean, condition and hand polish. Brings back the hand-feel and the sheen.
Colour touch up
Bespoke colour matching, from a corner touch-up to a full recolour.

Bring it in
Walk in any day we're open, or WhatsApp us photos first for a rough idea. Can't make it? We arrange a courier.
We assess it together
You get a quote and a plan on the spot. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Atelier time
A shine is often same week. Repairs and resoles take 1 to 8 weeks. Tell us if you have a date, and we work to it.
Collect
We message you when it's ready. Free storage for 30 days, or we arrange a courier back. Check progress any time on Order status.

find us.
Both are at 25 Ann Siang Road, 2nd Floor, Singapore 069705, within the Chinese Association. From Maxwell MRT, Exit 2, about 7 minutes on foot.
From Exit 2
Through the front, up Ann Siang Hill: about 7 minutes, sheltered.
Via Erskine Road, on the right: about 5 minutes, unsheltered.

hear every day.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any day we're open and we'll look at your shoes together. Book an appointment only if you want a set time or a longer consultation.
How much does a shoe shine cost?
From $50 a pair for a regular shine. Smiths shine, full mirror shine and military shine are $70 to $120 depending on the finish.
How long will it take?
Shines are often ready within the week. Repairs and resoles take 1 to 8 weeks depending on the work and whether a sole comes from Japan. Tell us if you have a date.
Where is my order right now?
Type your order number and email into Order status. It shows each pair as in progress, almost ready or ready to collect, with the due date.
Can you collect and return my shoes?
Yes. Choose a way on the Delivery page: your own courier, we arrange one at $25 a trip, or route days once they start.
What products do you use?
Saphir Médaille d'Or creams and waxes, Boot Black, and soles from Vibram, Dainite and Japanese makers. The same products are in our shop.
Do you repair bags too?
Yes, next door. Margo & Smith is our leather goods atelier on the same floor. Bring both and we assess everything together.
